                                                          I have more than 20 years experience identifying and securing grant funding.
                                                          I have more than 16 years experience in municipal parks and recreation.
                                                          I have more than 6 years experience in nonprofit fundraising.
                                                          I have more than 20 years experience in senior leadership positions.
                                                          I have experience in large, multi-department organizations and small-shop agencies.

I initiated and led the City of Lenexa, Kansas, to become the tenth agency in the United States to be                                                      accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Parks and Recreation Agencies (CAPRA).

I have raised more than $138.04 million in grant and contract funding for nonprofit organizations and businesses, averaging 9 successful grants per year and $5.22 million per year.
